QZ Tray Renew Certification

Each year the QZ tray for your printer goes through a renewal process.  At this time you will need to reassign the new certificate to your QZ tray.  Following is the procedure to do so.

You will go to your task bar and click on the QZ tray icon. Then choose Advanced>Site Manager.

You will then see a screen as below. You will remove the current access and then close the screen.

You will go to the order menu and click any order. Once you go into the order the following screen will appear.  You MUST click “REMEMBER THIS DECISION”  then choose Allow.
