In this article, we will cover how to change an existing order to a different trip type. The example I'm going to use is the customer has booked a Daytime trip and I want to move them to the Sunset Trip.
First, open the order details.
Next, click on the trips tab.
Click "Add New Trip"
Click yes to confirm you'd like to add a new trip to the existing order.
Next enter the new trip information. In this case, it will be the sunset trip for the next day. Then click next.
Fill out any required information, and don't forget to add the same amount of tickets as the previous trip:
Complete this screen to finish adding the trip.
Next you'll be taken back to the order details. From here, navigate to the trips tab once again. Scroll down and you will see the new trip and the old one.
Find the old trip, and cancel it
Click save status to finalize the cancellation and a box will appear for the cancellation details as normal. Once saved, verify that the customer doesn't owe any additional or you don't owe a refund. Make any adjustments to the price as needed or charge/refund the customer as applicable.
